i have calcaneal stress fracture right where my plantar fascia muscle connects to heel. been on crutches 4 months. could it be something else?

Let me explain: Stress fracture should be healed by know? How the diagnosis did was done? Mri or bone scans? Mri is the best available. If those think were done seek second opinion.
