Tenex (guanfacine) regenerative: Tenex (guanfacine) can be quite effective for chronic plantar fasciitis. It's minimally invasive, very safe, and stimulates healthy tissue growth. I also like prp, amnio-tissue, and stem cell injections for plantar fasciitis. Insurance doesn't pay, but i've seen these quite effective.
