Absolutely not: What you describe is absolutely not normal and is also very unlikely related to the removal of your wisdom teeth. Chest pain can be a symptom of something serious. I suggest you see a physician asap! Also call the surgeon who removed your teeth and let him/her know what's going on.

Chest pain: Pain is never "normal." Chest pain especially should be investigated immediately. Call your Oral Surgeon as a starting point.
