The past 3 weeks i've had multiple times where i suddenly gasp for air. i don't feel anxious. o is ok. not anemic. ventolin doesn't help. no wheeze?

Shallow breathing?: It could be that you are breathing "shallowly", and then your body will "tell you" to gasp to get deeper breath. Try breathing with focus on not being hunched over, and to get full breath in, using the diaphragm muscle.
