L have lump under my arm quite painful i had 1 under same arm couple weeks ago but not as big and painful as this one?

Perhaps abscess: Have it looked at as it may need incision and drainage or referral for biopsy, imaging, lab test, follo-up, etc.

Nodes or abscess: There may be inflamed lymph nodes in your armpit. Maybe you have an underlying infection brewing and this is the beginning of an abscess. You will need a proper examination by a doctor to determine the cause and get the correct treatment

Infection likely: This sounds like a skin infection. It is a common problem to get recurrent infections in the armpit like this. One reason can be from from shaving the armpits which causes ingrown hairs. Once a cycle of infection gets set up it can be difficult to settle. You may require a course of antibiotics and physical exam to determine if a surgical consultation is needed.

Abscess/hiradenitis: Need to examine here to decide whether you have abscess, hiradenitis (a sweat gland problem with recurrent abscesses/cysts) or some other condition.
