Unlikely : Home pregnancy tests are reliable, and good negative tests, however you still need to be seen: delayed period and reduced flow, together with the other symptoms may be a sigh of thyroid problem, or may be just simple anxiety. See your doctor for evaluation/reassurance, best wishes
