You may be pregnant: Or you may have delayed menses due to stress. See a doctor to find out for sure. There are tests that can be done with blood and ultrasound to confirm, if urine is negative. 11days late though, most home tests would be positive. Maybe recheck with a different test with urine from first thing in the morning.
