Unlikely: Clomid (clomiphene) has many side effects, some of which are being bloated and tired. If you had your period after Clomid (clomiphene) and had a negative pregnancy test, it is unlikely that you are pregnant. You should discuss this with your doctor that it prescribing the clomid (clomiphene).
