Get checked: It's probably not cancer at your age, but you can never be sure. If it's growing, get it checked soon, especially if you are fair and have had a lot of sun exposure.

Possible skin cancer: You may have a harmless lesion on your nose but it may need to be biopsied to make sure you do not have a basal cell skin cancer or even a squamous cell skin cancer. It is best to see a primary care doctor who can lead you in the right direction. I wish you good health. And wear sunscreen!!!

Probable non-pigment: This is probably a mole of some type and totally benign. However it is always best to show it to your regular doctor on the next visit for an opinion. If in the meantime it gets irritated, changes color or size have it seen sooner than later by a dermatologist for careful evaluation.
