Yes, you can still: breastfeed your baby. I'm not sure what kind of immunizations you would be getting. If this is your dog and the dog had a rabies vaccine, you shouldn't need a rabies vaccine...and your tetanus should be up-to-date, but if it isn't, you should definitely get it...and you can still breastfeed.
