A member asked:

I'm having my son tested for fentanyl. does a fentanyl test strip or a lab test show fentanyl analogues too? does it depend on which analogues?

Drug testing: Usually the test strips look for the parent drug or its most common metabolites - with a higher cut off level (more drug needed to turn positive). Lab tests have better detection levels and will generally run the parent drug and also the most common metabolites. If he is using - a lab run test is probably the best good luck.
