Can tooth infection cause parotitis?? appreciate answer. thanks!

No: Have never heard of this happening. If you have swollen Parotid glands imperative that you see Oral Surgeon or ENT as this can be quite dangerous. If you have infected teeth the infection can quickly spread to other organ systems, however, so dental treatment is immediately required.
