Neosporin and a cut: Any type of hand soap should be fine - you might want to avoid hand sanitizers as some of them have alcohol in them. But good old soap and warm water should be fine - After patting the area dry - you could apply a small amount of neosporin to help reduce the chances of infection. Good luck
