Nothing lasting.: Nothing really. Most people say that even after a week , it fails to put them to sleep. When you discontinue, there maybe a rebound insomnia. Some people who take it actually experience a somnambulistic effect and can do things, eat in bed, drive, cook and do not remember they did it. One of my patients drove in his underwear and totalled his car. He was unharmed.
