I have 'seizures' they think are epilepsy but cant find a way to control them. arnt tonic clonic like the others insted these can occur daily. i get confused say repeatly the same thing & end up on ground unresponsve 10min. am tired with no mem after?

Might be : Does sound like seizures but your question got cut off. Where in nz are you? This would probably be more suitable for a consultation. If you're in the Waikato this can be done virtually otherwise your GP is a good start.

Be seen: If you have seizures, you need to be evaluated and potentially have a number of diagnostic studies performed in order to create a treatment plan. Please be seen promptly for this issue, and avoid operating heavy machinery and/or driving until this is taken care of.

Please repost: Please repost your question and explain who "they" are and what's been tried already to "control" them. If trying to "control" them doesn't include taking seizure medicines, then you're wasting your time. You're ALSO endangering your life and possibly the lives of many others.
