No: If your friend is still taking narcotic pain medication like Percocet he or she should not also drink alcohol or do any other drug at the same time. In addition if she has just had a cosmetic procedure and is not fully healed it would not be wise to go out and party and potentially risk opening her incisions, causing and infection, or other such complications.
