Not sure why you: think that whether you had anal sex or not makes a difference, but the problem is nobody knows what they are getting when they use MDMA. This drug is notorious for having a difficult synthesis, so that even if the chemist and dealer and not TRYING to rip you off, they don't know what's in it either. And many people DO rip you off. See your doctor, and stop using MDMA before it hurts you more.
