NO: Until you are released by your surgeon, it's never a good idea to use intoxicants of any kind after major surgery such as breast enlargement. An obvious possible problem is accidental trauma to the surgical area while intoxicated. Please be smart and talk with your surgeon about what activities are permissible and when.
