1-2 weeks: Drinking alcohol with moderation should be okay after you're done (completed) taking the pain pills for your surgery, or about a week later.

Alcohol;augmentation: Alcohol consumption after any surgical procedure is dependent on the type of procedure, antibiotic use ; pain medication use. For breast augmentation some patients will also use a muscle relaxant for a few days. Majority of my breast augmentation patients are allowed to imbibe alcohol in moderation usually after the first week or so of surgery. Talk to your plastic surgeon for specific advice.

Ask Surgeon.: Your plastic surgeon will always be your best guide when it comes to resuming specific activities and/or use of alcohol. Generally, you will want to be off all medications; this generally occurs approximately one week after the breast augmentation procedure was performed. Best wishes.

2 weeks is safe...: From a general standpoint. Of course use common sense and discuss with your surgeon who may recommend more or less of a restriction. Getting intoxicated at 15 days to the point where you lose control and fall down on your chest is not advised either.
