What would be the medical risks i took if i would take mdma when going out (for the rest of my life) instead of drinking alcohol like other people do?

Plenty of risks: Mdma damages the brain's serotonin neurons, and is associated with confusion, depression, sleep problems, anxiety, and paranoia. These may outlast the actual dose of the drug by weeks. Also there are muscle tension, involuntary teeth-clenching, nausea, blurred vision, faintness, and chills or sweating. Increases in heart rate and blood pressure can lead to heart attack and stroke, like w/cocaine.
