Had aaa stent operation 12/13/16 aneurysm was 4.7 cm, 1/17/17 ct decreased to 4.4 cm. 6/12/17 ct increased to 4.6 cm.what if it keeps getting larger?

I think that it: is possible that you have misinterpreted the report and are looking at outside diameter rather than inside diameter. In addition, if properly placed the stent will not allow the aneurysm to expand. This should be discussed with your vascular surgeon. It is surprising that you have required another CT scan and therefore I suspect something else is going on. Have him/her explain this to you.
