Depends: If an 80 year old life expectancy is more than 2 years and depending on his aneurysm size and anatomy then yes it can be done by endovascular technique.

Yes: Non surgical AAA repair was designed for patients at high risk for conventional surgery (elderly and frail). There are anatomic criteria that must be met by the patient. Not all qualify.
