I think it always helps you to define goals and parameters because it gives you an opportunity to plan for success. No question about it: You have gained some insight into one of the biggest problems with eating disorders: the secrecy, guilt, shame, etc. Being up front and asking for help and parameters is a HUGE step ... I can't overestimate how important it is!!! Good for you ....MAKE THE CALL:)
