In the absence of urinary burning or frequency in small amounts, a bladder infection isn't likely. Abdominal.muscle strain, occult inguinal hernia or pelvic organ causes are possibilities here. If symptoms persist I recommend an abdominal examination by her pediatrician as a start. Referral to a surgeon or gynecologist may be made depending upon the findings of the abdominal exam.

If her urine looks normal (color and smell) with negative urine dipstick test then the common urinary problem such as infection or stone is almost ruled out. Her pain could be functional rather than due to a serious cause. Encourage fluid intake for a day or two and observe the symptom. If it persists beyond this week then she should be evaluated by her pediatrician. Good luck.
