If you really have: a resting heart rate of 165 BPM then you need to be evaluated as soon as possible or you will be likely to develop a tachycardia mediated cardiomyopathy. Bisoprolol is not being sufficient for your management. Follow up with a Cardiologist or an Electrophysiologist as soon as you can for a more thorough evaluation and appropriate management plan.
