You do a third test: Not sure what test you are referring to. Some things like a qualitative pregnancy test or strep screen are either positive or negative. Other tests like blood counts have ranges that are considered normal and then are high or low if not in that range but usually not worrisome if close to the normal range. If its a yes or no answer youre looking for, do the third test,
