I've been feeling pressure on my head and it hurts whenever I shake/Tilt it. It's been on and off for about 3months. I had an MRI last November clear.
I often hear a swooshing blood flow sound in my head and feel a pressure like when hanging upside down. MRA=normal. MRI=trace mucosal thickening w/in anterior ethmoid sinuses. What could it be?
