More explanation : of your symptoms is needed, as we don't really know what you meant by 'sinking sensation' , and where is the 'pressure'? Having sinusitis can cause facial pain, and pressure when u lean forward, but not the 'sinking sensation'. The finding noted on the MRI is an incidental finding, as the study wasn't meant to look for sinusitis, so please talk to the ordering physician for diagnosis, best wishes
