I often hear a swooshing blood flow sound in my head and feel a pressure like when hanging upside down. mra=normal. mri=trace mucosal thickening w/in anterior ethmoid sinuses. what could it be?

Inner ear: MRI is suggesting possible mild chronic sinus disease that can cause inner ear dysfunction. If you have history of allergies, sinus issues, congestion would suggest seeing ENT.
