Many considerations: Hi, I wonder who ordered the MRI? Did that doctor have an idea what he or she was looking for? Does your doctor have any thoughts for you? If the MRI is truly negative, some of the major issues (brain mass, bleed, and stroke) have been pretty much excluded. I wonder if the brain MR showed any signs of paranasal sinus disease or mastoid air cell disease. Consider sinus disease and ear disease.Luck
