Ive had pain in my left foot for 5-6 months now but it has been on and off, but for the last few weeks this pain is consistent. it feels like a sharp pain especially when i put pressure on my foot. i now have a similar type of pain in my right hand.

Pain: Left foot pain can be for multiple reasons. Common causes at the heel would be Achilles tendinitis or plantar fasciitis. If mid shaft stress fracture or tendinitis. Pain with squeezing the toes can be Morton neuroma. If having pain in the hand could be sign of rheumatic problem.
