Bithmark: The color suggests that this is a vascular type of birthmark. Dealing with this on the face is a very tricky issue as it could lead to scarring that may look worse. I would suggest that you see a good plastic surgeon first to determine if anything can be done. If nothing can be done then see a cosmetologist.
