Sounds like: it is infected PLUS Tick bites may be the first indication for LYME infection...Antibiotics may be needed. Suggest you consult with your Family or Primary Care Provider. A simple blood test is helpful so a "hands on" consultation is suggested! Hope this helps Dr Z
