Bite: There appears to be a localised allergic reaction to the insect bite along with enough inflammation to cause enlarged lymph nodes under the skin. You could apply a cortisone type cream for relief, but if spreading redness develops, antibiotics(cream and pills) may be needed and a physician should be involved.
