I have had a bad ear infection for a month and i'm sure i'm about 80'90% okay right now. i'm just afraid tht it might reoccur again.

Ear pain: If your ear pain was from an outer ear infection, it will reoccur because of soap getting into the ear and causing dryness and itching - which many persons scratch in their sleep. Avoid soap/shampoo in the ear. Try two drops of Baby Oil in the ear before shower/shampoo to prevent the soap drying on the skin.
