How soon can i return to a steroid, if need be, for crohn's after having the shingles vaccination?

Your Doc can help: The doctor who asked you to stop the steroid after your shingles shot must have a good answer. Did you not ask him/her? I my view steroids do not interfere with the immunization process. So technically you could restart the steroid medicine anytime your bowel problem has the need for it. But do check with your own doctor as there is no hard/fast rule with regard to your vaccination situation.
