Diagnosis of Crohn's: Crohn's disease is a diagnosis made by a pathologist on a biopsy specimen submitted by a gastroenterologist after a colonoscopy. It is not a clinical diagnosis! Do you have a biopsy proven diagnosis or is it just a guess? Make sure you really have the right diagnosis first!
