Here some thoughts: Although acne do not occur in this area, it can be a virus infection which can cause blisters which are painful. There are two things you can do, firstly take pain medicine for the next 2-3 days that it will take to heal. You could take Tylenol or paracetamol 650 mg every 4-6 hourly till the pain settles down.
