Allergic Reaction.: Think of what you ate, What did you apply on the face or Where you went and may be you came in contact with some thing unusual ( like Pets, Flora and Fauna, insects etc.) or if travelled. Take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or Apply Benadryl (diphenhydramine)/ Cortisone Cream to these lesions if they are Itchy. If they seem infected apply Neosporin Ointment. If not getting better in 1-2 days, get examined
