Little bumps i have little bumps on my legs where i shaved. they almost look like giant pimples. they're red, and painful. after a while, they pop, swelling goes down, and scab over. then after that ones gone, i get another one. what are they?

Very : Very difficult to answer without a clinical examination so i would see a dermatologist. Perhaps they are seborrheic keratoses, warts, molluscum, folliculitis (bacterial spread from shaving), or other possibilities. See a picture of these conditions at the link below. I hope that helps.

Agree with Dr. S: Ingrown hair is a likely explanation. After consulting a dermatologist, if you must remove hair, consider laser treatment for permanent solution.
