Up to you: If you had other symptoms of a sinus infection (pain over sinuses, bad headaches, muscle aches, green drainage, etc) then i would rec. Taking the antibiotics. If not, you could wait it out, see if the ears feel better, or just try some sudafed to see if it helps dry out the fluid plugging the ears.
