I had shingles when i was 11 years old. i ghink i may have them again is it possible?

Yes: It is highly unlikely that you had a case of shingles at 11yrs old. It is more likely that you developed chicken pox at that age. Shingles is a reactivation of the virus that causes chicken pox - varicella zoster. If you are 50yrs or older you are a candidate for the Shingles vaccine - Zostavax.
