Sorry to: hear that..It will have to heal ?by secondary" means (Gradual "filling in") thus leaving (usually) a prominent scar! REPORT THIS TO THE PRACTITIONER who put in the stitches Cover the wound with a DRY STERILE DRESSING!....Hope this is helpful Dr Z
