I have been experiencing a pulsating sensation in my stomach or abdominal area, a little to try left, the doctor i saw said he felt it was my abdominal aorta. i am now experiencing a deep dull pain slightly in the same area. what is going on?

Doubt related: The aorta is easy to palpate in a thin person. 26 year old unlikely to have aortic disease unless other diseases (marfans, EDS) are present. The deep dull pain could be related to other organs or back. Other symptoms? Nausea, diarrhea, injury?
