Yes/no: One of my most successful 3X BF moms could be described as having a bump on a pancake set of boobs. She not only fed 3 kids successfully but took extra to a Breastmilk bank for local premi's in the NICU. I would work with a feeding coach. One of my saddest failures was a neo nurse who taught breast feeding & had big boobs,her kid wouldn't cooperate.She was so frustrated.
