Address the itching: The yellow you are seeing is a normal structure termed pinguecula which you can look up on the internet. The itching may be an allergic reaction Try getting some antiallergy drops from the pharmacy (house brand if they have it) and see if the itching goes away. You do not need to see an ophthalmologist unless your vision is dropping or the eyes are becoming red.
