More info needed: Morganella can cause kidney stones (struvite crystals). If the organism was found simultaneously with the original urine culture, it is possible that there may be a more complicated infection associated with a ureteral obstruction. Though this would present with fever and persistent unilateral pain. In that case, just using antibiotics will not resolve the infection. Further tests may be neede
