Enough?: I am not sure what you question really means. Are you asking if brushing and flossing only once per day is adequate? First, it's also important what you eat, not only how often you brush/floss. Your age, health and body's defense mechanisms play a role. Some people get away with 1x/day while others do not! Ideal is brushing 2-3x/day and flossing 1x/day plus spot flossing as necessary. See below
