Meds may increase : Pcos is often treated with ovulation induction. The initial meds used to induce ovulation are usually Clomiphene citrate (about 10% rate of multiple baby) and aromatase inhibitors. If these meds don't work then human menopausal gonadotropins may need to be used which increase the risk of multiple babies (up to 30 to 40% and these can be high order (3 or more) pregnancies).

POSSIBLY: Since many women with pocs need to take fertility meds to ovulate and conceive, your chances of having twins are slightly increased.
