Wt loss may help: Pcos is often associated with obesity and Insulin resistance, all can negatively affect your chance of healthy pregnancy. If you are heavy and want to have a healthy, natural pregnancy, try to lose some wt first. It is not an easy task but if you put your mind to it, you can do it. Work with your doc/nutritionist, and possibly a trainer at your local gym can help! good luck.

Patience: Most women with pcos ovulate 2 to 4 times each year, (rather than 12 or 13 times each year). As a result, they have fewer opportunities to conceive. Weight loss is very effective at restoring ovulation, so that is your best bet to improve your chances for conceiving. Good luck.
