PCOS ?'s: Although conception is possible with a diagnosis of PCOS, the basic problem is that ovulation, which is necessary for conception, does not occur with regularity in PCOS. Usually ovulation induction is necessary for pregancy to occur. See a reproductive endocrinology physician to oversee this process.
